Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Votivigy LLC ("Votivigy", "we", "us"), the operator of JustQRs (justqrs.com). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and using the service for business or professional purposes.

2. The service

JustQRs lets you create, manage, and track QR codes, including dynamic codes whose destination you can change, and hosted landing pages. Paid accounts include 500 dynamic QR codes and unlimited stored static QR codes; additional dynamic QR codes and team seats are available as add-on packs from the billing page. Scan redirects are subject to fair use; we may throttle traffic that threatens service stability.

3. Accounts

Keep your credentials secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Team members you invite act under your account and these terms.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Paid plans are $9.99 per month or $89 per year, billed through Stripe.
• New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends without a subscription, the account moves to the free plan: static QR codes you've already created keep working, but dynamic QR codes and hosted landing pages are paused (their redirects stop resolving) until you subscribe.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page. Cancellation stops future charges; the service continues to the end of the period you've paid for. We do not offer refunds for elapsed or partial billing periods.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes take effect at your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use JustQRs to create QR codes, landing pages, or redirects that:

• link to phishing, malware, or other content designed to harm or deceive;
• facilitate illegal activity or infringe others' intellectual property;
• mislead people about the destination they will reach;
• distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications.

You also may not abuse the API, probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission, or resell the service without a separate agreement.

6. Enforcement

We may disable any QR code or landing page, and suspend or terminate any account, that we reasonably believe violates section 5 — without prior notice where harm to scanners or the service is ongoing. On termination for violation, we may delete the account's content. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

7. Your content and your responsibilities

You own the content you create with JustQRs. You grant us the license needed to host, display, and serve it — that's what the service does. You are responsible for the destinations your codes point to and for your own legal compliance toward the people who scan your codes, including any privacy disclosures your use of scan analytics requires in your jurisdiction.

8. Our intellectual property

The JustQRs service, software, and branding belong to Votivigy LLC. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Votivigy LLC's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify Votivigy LLC against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
